Mental Health Therapist

Community Counseling Center of Ashtabula County is seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist to provide services in our school-based and agency-based programs. Qualified candidates must be experienced in the provision of diagnostic assessments, counseling services, crisis intervention, and treatment planning as this position provides a variety of services to a diverse client population including children and adults with severe mental disabilities.

A Masterís degree in Counseling or Social Work with an LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW and prior mental health counseling experience is required; drug and alcohol counseling experience is a plus.

The position requires a valid driverís license, driving infractions within the last three (3) years subject to the Corporation Handbook, and no DUI, drug, theft, or felony charges in the past. Must have reliable transportation and adequate levels of insurance and/or insurability.

Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Worker

Community Counseling Center of Ashtabula County is seeking a Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Worker responsible for providing case management services in our school-based and community-based programs. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive case coordination, assisting adults, youth and their families with skill building, crisis management, and providing linkages to community resources such as housing, transportation, vocational, medical, and financial resources.

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, or related field is required; LSW is preferred.
