Paul Bolino, M.S.Ed., LPCC-S, CDCA
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bolino has served as the CEO of Community Counseling Center since September 2013, and has over 18 years experience in the field of behavioral health care. His professional experience includes direct service provision, clinical supervision, and executive leadership. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from The Ohio State University, and his Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Community Counseling from Youngstown State University. Mr. Bolino is currently the Vice-Chair of the Ashtabula County Family & Children First Council, and Service Committee Chairperson of the Ashtabula Senior Advocacy & Protective Network. His community involvement also includes Chairing the Citizens Advisory Council at Youngstown Developmental Center, and serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Forensic Psychiatric Center of Northeast Ohio, Inc. He is a 2015 graduate of LEADERship Ashtabula County, and currently serves as a member of that organization's Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Ashtabula Rotary Club.
Jennifer Keefner, B.S., C.P.A.
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Keefner has been the CFO of Community Counseling Center since March 2014, and has over 20 years experience in behavioral health and county government accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Youngstown State University.
Jeff Dolan, B.A.
Director of Human Resources
Mr. Dolan has worked in the field of behavioral health for over 15 years, providing supportive service in both residential and outpatient settings. He has been the Director of Human Resources at Community Counseling Center since 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College. In addition to his professional work, he is an active community volunteer in Ashtabula County.

Matthew Butler, M.S.S.A., LISW-S, LICDC
Clinical Supervisor
Mr. Butler has over 15 years experience in juvenile corrections, child welfare, residential and outpatient treatment with children and adults. He has been with Community Counseling Center for the past 10 years, and has been the Clinical Supervisor of the Alcohol and other Drug Addiction and Medication Assisted Treatment Programs since 2013. In addition to providing therapy and assessment services on a limited basis, he is also the county coordinator of criminal justice community re-entry services for individuals with mental health concerns. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology/Sociology from Kent State University, and his Master of Science in Social Administration (M.S.S.A.) from Case Western Reserve University. He serves on the Ashtabula County L.O.S.S. Team, and is a member of the Second Chance Citizen Circle and Ashtabula County Prevention Coalition, as well as the Ashtabula County Suicide Prevention Coalition. He also facilitates the HEARTBEAT program for survivors of suicide at Community Counseling Center.
Luann Christmyer, RN
Clinical Supervisor
Ms. Christmyer has over 19 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in multiple settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and behavioral health outpatient centers. Her work experience includes direct care, supervision, and administration. Over the course of her career, she has served as a director of nursing, quality and risk manager, infection control coordinator, patient advocate, and clinical trial nurse. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Kent State University in Ashtabula, Ohio. She is active in the community and represents the agency on the Ashtabula County Public Health Advisory Team (ACPHAT).
Karen Fronczak, M.S.Ed., LPCC-S, LSW
Clinical Supervisor
Ms. Fronczak has been with Community Counseling Center for over 26 years, and has over 30 years of professional experience working with children and families as a mental health provider and program supervisor. She currently supervises the Child Partial Hospitalization Program at the agency, and also supervises therapists and CPST providers who work with the local school systems. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology/Sociology from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Community Counseling from Youngstown State University. She is a graduate of LEADERship Ashtabula County and active member of Ashtabula County Family Children First Council Service Coordination Team.
Joleen Sundquist, M.A., LPCC-S
Clinical Supervisor
Ms. Sundquist has over 18 years of experience working with the mental health population in residential, private practice and community mental health settings. Her primary responsibility at the agency is the supervision of the mental health therapists, which she does in addition to maintaining an on-going caseload of her own. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Toledo, and her Master of Arts (M.A.) in Community Counseling from John Carroll University. In 2014 she developed supportive and educational programming for children of divorce through a partnership with Community Counseling Center, Domestic Relations Court, and The Conneaut Foundation.
Ginger Yanchar, M.S.S.A., LISW-S
Clinical Supervisor
Ms. Yanchar is responsible for the development and management of the Supported Employment Services program at Community Counseling Center. She has over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health and social services fields, with extensive experience in the supervision and management of employment services. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology/Music from Heidelberg University, and her Master of Science in Social Administration (M.S.S.A.) from Case Western Reserve University. She has also provided employment consultation services through the Center for Evidence Based Practices at Case Western Reserve University.

MEDICAL STAFF

Krishna Devulapalli, M.D.
Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
Dr. Devulapalli is a graduate of Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India, and the residency program in child psychiatry at the Hawthorn Center (Michigan). He is a fellow in child psychiatry, with extensive inpatient and outpatient treatment experience. Dr. Devulapalli has been providing psychiatric services at Community Counseling Center for over 20 years.
Sheetal Joshi, M.D.
Staff Psychiatrist
Dr. Joshi obtained her M.D. degree from the Jawahar Medical Foundation Medical College in Dhule, India. She completed her residency in psychiatry at the University of North Dakota and joined the staff of Community Counseling Center in September 2009.
Premal Patwa, M.D.
Staff Psychiatrist
Dr. Patwa completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Services. He joined the staff of Community Counseling Center in August 2010.
Richard DeFranco, M.D.
Addiction Medicine Consultant
Dr. DeFranco is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York. He completed his fellowship in Addiction Medicine at UHC in 2007, and also completed a course of study at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in 2006. He has been a consultant with Community Counseling Center since 2013.
Joseph Lydon, Jr., M.D.
Addiction Medicine Consultant
Dr. Lydon is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He completed his training in addiction medicine at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio with Dr. Chris Adelman & Dr. Ted Parran. He joined Community Counseling Center as a consultant in December of 2014.
Nykolai Pidhorodeckji, M.D.
Addiction Medicine Consultant
Dr. Pidhorodeckji is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Medicine, and has been a consultant with Community Counseling Center since 2013. He completed his fellowship in addiction medicine at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and the Louis Stokes Veterans Medical Center. His past work experience includes Akron General Medical Center, Summa Health System, and Glenbeigh (ACMC Healthcare System). He recently accepted a position with the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation.
