Ravenwood Health and Community Counseling Center have announced that their respective boards have approved an agreement for the two agencies to merge effective February 2, 2026.

“The focus of this effort hasn’t been about a merger, but more about creating a unified agency that is stronger, more durable, and has increased capacity to serve more people for decades to come. Throughout this entire process, it was clear, we are better together,” said Paul Bolino, President and CEO of Community Counseling Center.
